Flex Hernandez has been blessed in my five decade journey as a soccer coach and coach developer. I was able to be a National Staff Instructor for the United States Soccer Federation, currently serve as a Coach Developer with the United Soccer Coaches and have constructed three youth soccer clubs from their inception.  My life’s work has culminated in the development of Total Soccer Development’s (TSD) 10 FLexology™ Principles for the coach and player, a program committed to the advancement and education of the youth coach and player. Combined with my co-founder’s methodology and mental skill building principles, we bring you a “Total Soccer Development” program like no other.
