Jon spent the majority of his youth playing for clubs throughout the Chicagoland area.  This included an 8-year association with the Chicago Magic where he first was introduced to Coach Hernandez.  He played at the highest level of youth soccer, including state/regional ODP selections, four years of varsity soccer, and college ball at DePaul University.  Jon began his coaching career early on in his collegiate days and has coached full-time for over 25 years.  Regarded as one of the premier youth coaches in the Chicago metro area, Jon brings experience and expertise, particularly in the U12 and younger realm, that is invaluable to the Total Soccer Development family.
