What We Teach

Our 10 Principles of Player Development and Phase Implementation Process

TOTAL SOCCER DEVELOPMENT

Our program brings together the brilliance of Nora White’s STEADY Academy and Flex Hernandez’s Flex Philosophy to create a holistic training method. We believe that the player is more that what is seen in a game, and we believe that support goes beyond the pitch.

Our training follows a patter that builds foundational principles that will improve the technical and mental skills of players at all levels. We teach resilience and inspire our players to find what makes them uniquely impactful in their communities.

We want all our players to be successful regardless of their circumstances, and strive to give them the skills to overcome any challenge they may encounter.
