To have belief in oneself, we must understand our greatest and unique character strengths, as well as our shortcomings. At TSD, we start with developing a coach and player’s beliefs in our Principle 1 Mental Skill Building Workshop for individuals and teams. |

Audie Shaver: Look at him now! It all began at 8, when Coach Nora first had the opportunity to coach Audie. Now a junior clinical psychology major and soccer player at the University of Lynchburg, Audie has continued his playing career and his work with TSD as our Assistant Technical Director and Staff Coach. |

“I have been around parts of the TSD philosophy since I was young. From being coached by Nora when I was little to helping grow the program now, being a part of TSD has given me the knowledge and experience to grow not only as a collegiate athlete but as a human being,” says Shaver. And what we we do without him? “Audie has been one of our most popular field coaches for players from 8-18 and our problem solver with all things technical! Grateful for Audie and so proud to still have him involved,” says CEO & Co-Founder Nora Maguire White. TSD truly is our soccer family. |
